MyTok.app collects the following information: • Account data: name, email address, profile photo, biography • Published content: videos, photos, comments, messages, hashtags • Usage data: watched videos, interactions (likes, shares, subscriptions) • Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, cookies • Location data (with your consent) • Payment data for coin/gift purchases (processed by secure providers)

Users must have the necessary rights to publish or import content. MyTok prohibits unauthorized copying, downloading, or republishing of content from YouTube or any other platform. Flagged content may be removed and repeat accounts suspended. Third-party service connections are subject to those services' terms and policies.

MyTok uses Base44 for app hosting and data, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, Tencent for live streaming and chat, and Snap Camera Kit and Tencent Beauty for certain effects. AI providers such as Replicate, Mistral, or Groq may process only the prompts and media voluntarily sent to the relevant tools. Stripe or PayPal may process payments according to their own policies. Camera, microphone, notification, and location permissions are requested by the system when the corresponding feature is used.

MyTok.app never sells your personal data. Sharing only with: • Our technical providers (hosting, CDN, analytics) • The AI providers mentioned above (only content you choose to generate) • Legal authorities when legally required • Your public content is visible to all users and may appear in searches

Coins and virtual gifts on MyTok: • Coins are a virtual currency with no real monetary value • Gifts sent during Lives are symbolic and non-refundable • Coin transactions are final • Creators do not receive direct financial compensation for gifts received • MyTok reserves the right to modify the gift system at any time

When using the Live feature: • Your broadcast is publicly visible to all users • Comments and gifts are temporarily recorded • You remain responsible for the content broadcast • Any content violating our terms of use may result in account suspension • We reserve the right to interrupt any non-compliant Live

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act 2020 (FADP 2020) and GDPR (EU): • Right of access: request a copy of your data • Right to rectification: correct your information • Right to erasure: delete your account and data • Right to portability: export your data • Right to object: refuse certain processing • Right to withdraw consent for generative AI Export is available in Settings > Privacy. Deletion is available directly in Settings and requires first downloading a copy. After confirmation, MyTok data is deleted and an email is sent. MyTok.app uses: • Essential cookies: necessary for the app to function • Analytics cookies: to improve the experience (anonymized) • Personalization cookies: to tailor the "For You" feed You can manage your cookie preferences in Settings > Privacy.

MyTok protects communications with HTTPS/TLS, limits data access through authorization rules, stores private keys in server secrets, and uses platform-managed authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their device and access and promptly report any suspicious activity.

MyTok is restricted to persons 13 years and older. Date of birth is requested to apply appropriate protections. Accounts aged 13-17 are placed in minor mode and private by default; creating new conversations is disabled. Parents or legal guardians may request access, rectification, or deletion of a minor's data.
